Syreni DO's and DONT's

Okay so someone asked me a few questions about syreni the other day and it was brought to my attention that there were a few Syreni that didn't fit the criteria of the Syrenium race. This is basically like dayo's syranium chart as for what's acceptable and what isn't. 

NUMBER ONE RULE: 
DON'T DEVIATE FROM THE INSPIRED FISH
The syreni are a completely different race from the sirens. They're actually evolved from fish, but there's no mixing of the fish species. Syreni may have two different parents but they will always only appear like one of the two species. so you'll never find a syreni that looks like a crossbreed between fish. 

NUMBER TWO: 
SYRENI ARE NOT MINI SIRENS  
The only thing that the syreni resemble in sirens is their humanoid form. HOWEVER, they will NEVER look like a siren. They do not have a segmented human skin tone like sirens. they do not have deviated scales. their entire body is scales and FACT: their "hair" is actually membranes too (kind of like inklings from splatoon) 

NUMBER THREE:
SYRENI ARE ONLY BASED OFF SMALL FISH
NO SYRENI SHARKS. sorry guys. The MAXIMUM length of a syreni fish (and i mean absolute) is 2'
any kind of fish that grows larger than that DOES NOT QUALIFY
on a side note, FRESHWATER FISH ARE ALSO INCLUDED
